Sheraton Albuquerque Airport Hotel – Hotel near airport in Albuquerque

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very understanding after hearing about our recent travel nightmares, consistently comfortable, but had issues like a thermostat that wouldn't budge and a stubborn window. The service provided by the staff was courteous and helpful, with one individual being particularly awesome in assisting with luggage and offering great advice. However, the location had its downsides, being close to a noisy family and having some unaware staff members. The dining experience was so-so and pricey, making it necessary to eat in the room.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative experiences. On the bright side, the rooms were modern, clean, and even with the renovation going on, I enjoyed a selection of appetizers, complimentary wine, and beer. However, I did face an issue with the room key repeatedly locking me out. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff who remembered my name and accommodated my preferences, though there was an incident with a reservation mishap. The location was convenient, being a short drive from UNM and within walking distance of the airport but not easily walkable. Dining was a bit of a hit and miss, with disappointing options but some excellent dishes available. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
